  1. Diversity Arts facilitates organizational training and development, provides a line of original diversity art products to promote awareness and harmony, and designs artwork as a powerful conflict intervention tool to stimulate dialogue, address sensitive intercultural issues, and create transformational healing.
  2. Economists Allied for Arms Reductionis a worldwide organization of professionals, united in the belief that economists can contribute usefully to the pursuit of peace, security, and the conditions for prosperity and development. We hold in particular that the economic dimension of wars, civil conflict, armament and violence should be examined, measured, and exposed to scrutiny.
  3. European Platform for Conflict Prevention and Transformation serves as network of conflict resolution organizations worldwide. Also have several publications on regional conflicts and local peacebuilding organizations.
  4. ECMI NGO Network for Improvement of Interethnic Relations in the Republic of Macedonia is a joint initiative, between the European Centre for Minority Issues (ECMI) and members of this Network, to enhance the co-operation of the member NGOs towards the development and improvement of interethnic tolerance, respect for differences and dialogue among all those living in the Republic of Macedonia. In particular, the Network aims to strengthen the capacities of the participating NGOs to generate joint projects and other initiatives with a strong interethnic dimension and to implement such initiatives.

  6. Federal Mediation and Conciliaition Services is the main conflict resolution organization of the US Federal Government.
  7. Gernika Gogoratuz is a Peace Research Centre. It was founded in 1987 in a unanimous decision by the Basque Parliament in remembrance of the 50th Anniversary of the Bombing of Gernika. The mission of Gernika Gogoratuz is to enrich the symbol of Gernika with regard to the past, by remembering and honouring the history of Gernika, and with regard to the future, by contributing, with a backing of scientific thought, to the generation of an emancipatory, just and reconciliatory peace both in the Basque Country and worldwide.
  8. Girls Kick It! (Anyira Gweyo!) A comprehensive sports program for young women and girls living in Northern Uganga, including internally displaced persons camps and  communities.  We aim to branch out into other areas in Uganda and additional countries.
  9. Grameen Bank provides micro-credit to the poorest of the poor in rural Bangladesh without any collateral for socio-economic development.

'Consolidating the Profession: The Human Rights Field Officer' is a research, training and capacity-building project in support of enhanced delivery of services by human rights field operations. The website is a resource for individuals and institutions engaged in work related to armed conflict and human rights. The project is fully represented on the site, including research outputs, training opportunities other project components, in addition to a library of information regarding human rights field operations and activities.
  11. The Human Security Gateway is a rapidly expanding searchable online database of human security-related resources including reports, journal articles, news items and fact sheets. The Gateway was developed in collaboration with the Canadian Consortium on Human Security (CCHS).

  12. Initiatives of Change is a global network open to people of all nationalities, backgrounds and faiths. For 70 years, it has been active in leadership development, conflict transformation and community building in over 40 countries.

  13. Institute for International Mediation and Conflict Resolution (IIMCR) is a Washington DC based non-profit institution whose mission is to promote the use of peaceful conflict resolution techniques among a generation of future leaders through the design and implementation of unique programs and services.
  14. Incore (Initiative on Conflict Resolution and Ethnicity) focuses mainly on post conflict issues, issues of governance and diversity, and research methodology in violent societies.
  15. International Alert is a UK based organization that fosters peacebuilding activities in select countries.
  16. International Committee for Human Rights (ICHR) is a network of lawyers and professionals committed to advancing the protection of human rights around the world. The ICHR is a unique forum that draws together a diverse team of professionals with extensive practical expertise in implementing human rights standards and post-conflict crisis management.
  17. International Fellowship of Reconciliation (IFOR) believes that without peace, development is impossible, and without women, neither peace nor development can take place. IFOR's Women Peacemakers Program (WPP) began in 1997 and works to support and strengthen women's peacemaking initiatives. This is accomplished through an annual international training for nonviolence trainers, gender and nonviolence trainings, campaigns such as the annual May 24 International Women's Day for Peace and Disarmament, and through the documentation of women's peace initiatives. The organization is based in Alkmaar, Netherlands. IFOR WPP also produces a quarterly newsletter - Cross the Lines - in six languages : English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, and Dutch; and offers an e-service called Opportunities.
  18. International Freedom of Expression Exchange IFEX monitors attacks on free expression and press freedom in conflict zones. An online archive contains thousands of alerts dating from 1995 to the current day.

International Institute for Global Leadership is a tuition free, internet-based education program which provides a curriculum in consciousness designed to prepare students to become personally empowered, consciously aware, high-integrity and heart-centered leaders in their communities and the world.  The study program is open to participants of any age and from anywhere in the world.
  20. International Peace Bureau is one of the oldest peace networks in the world.
  21. International Protectionis an Austrian NGO devoted to the promotion and protection of human rights and developmental policies.
  22. International Research & Exchanges Board - IREX is an international nonprofit organization providing leadership and innovative programs to improve the quality of education, strengthen independent media, and foster pluralistic civil society development.
  23. The International NGO Training and Research Centre (INTRAC) is a NGO supporting other NGOs. Our goal is to improve Civil Society performance by exploring policy issues and by strengthening management and organisational effectiveness. We link development practice with analysis. Our work focuses on organisational development, strengthening civil society and participatory development.
  24. Mediation Training Institute International Foremost provider of training and certification in workplace conflict management and mediation.

  25. Mediterranean Voice (MedVoice) aims at promoting human rights and genuine dialogue within the Mediterranean region by involving young human rights experts in their respective countries. The long-term target is to create communication channels and formal linkages for all people who face difficulties in having their voices heard, due mainly to the lack of appropriate facilities, by setting up a body empowered to mediate between all interested parties.
  26. Men's Resource Center works on issues of violence prevention within relationships, with a focus on New Mexico Area. Also has great links section on organizations working to prevent domestic violence.
  27. Minority Rights Group International (MRG) works to secure the rights of ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities and indigenous peoples worldwide, and to promote cooperation and understanding between communities.
  28. Mosaic Family Services, Inc is a nonprofit organization that provides social services and advocacy for refugees and immigrants. Programs include Services for Victims of Trafficking, HIV/AIDS Outreach and Education, Refugee and Immigrant Family Violence Prevention and Multicultural Youth Substance Abuse Prevention.
  29. National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM) is a membership organization comprised of community mediation centers, their staff and volunteer mediators, and other individuals and organizations interested in the community mediation movement. Membership benefits include funding possibilities, networking, research, publications, a membership directory, and more. From coast to coast and beyond, NAFCM enjoys a unique position as the only national non-profit organization dedicated solely to community-based mediation programs.
  30. National Institute for Advanced Conflict Resolution (NIACR) is a mediation resource offering links to mediation seminars and training, and other information relating to conflict resolution.
  31. National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation (NCDD) has an online resource center for organizers, facilitators, scholars and others who want to learn more about dialogue and deliberation or stay informed about what’s happening throughout the field.
  32. Nansen Dialogue Centre in Montenegro advocates the peaceful resolution of conflict though dialogue, and works to build a democratic society.
  33. National Endowment for Democracy is a useful resources for world civil society issues, also contains database of organizations giving grants to individuals and organizations.
  34. National Peace Corps Association works for peace through former Peace Corps Volunteers and its Peace Committee, Peace Coordinator, via interventions, bridge-building, and community relations.
  35. Network of Communities for Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution (NCPCR) provides an international forum for dialogue and education about the uses of nonviolent conflict resolution to promote social justice and peace. Now also known as PeaceWeb, NCPCR has grown to include specialized programs for youth and young adults, peacemakers of color, under-represented communities, and virtual, as well as physical, networks of peacemakers.
  36. Oral History Productions USA - Europe was founded by Elisabeth Pozzi-Thanner, an independent oral historian based in New York City and Vienna. OHP conducts oral history interviews, develops and manages oral history projects for audio, video and print. Personal stories may be of migration, ethnicity or identity, explore post-war and post-genocide memories from around the world, and focus on human rights issues and the empowerment of individuals whose voices tend to be left out of mainstream narratives.
