APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

To apply, you will be required to submit the following items:

 

1. A completed on-line Application Form (click here), or click here for the Application in Word format to complete and email to ipcr(at)conflicttransformation.org

  

2. A curriculum vitae or resume

 

3. One letter of recommendation from a recent professor, supervisor or client

 

4. $30 non-refundable application fee (applicants living outside North America/Europe do not need to send the application fee). The application fee is counted towards the cost of tuition if accepted into the program.

 

All items, except for the letter of recommendation, may be mailed, emailed or faxed to the Alliance for Conflict Transformation by the applicant. The letter of recommendation must be mailed, emailed or faxed directly to ACT by the person writing the letter.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

 

*        Early-bird Deadline, March 15, 2008 - receive a $250 discount, with full fee due by March 31, 2008 (or within two weeks of notice of acceptance into the program)
 
*        Final Deadline, April 16, 2008 - full fee due by April 30, 2008
(or within two weeks of notice of acceptance into the program)

 

PAYMENT OF FEES

 

All payments can be made via the following methods:

 

1. Check or money order in US dollars sent to the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (see Contact address)

2.  Credit card – call the Alliance for Conflict Transformation with your credit card information (name on card, card number, expiration date, billing address) or complete the following Credit Card Authorization Form and fax to our office at: (1) 703-879-2950

3. Bank transfer (email our office to receive the procedures)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations before May 10, 2008 will be subject to an administrative fee of $250. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.

ACT reserves the right to cancel the program if there is insufficient enrollment (by April 16) or for concerns due to political or other considerations. If this happens, ACT will provide full refunds to accepted participants (less the $30 application fee).
